As an art photographer I am focussed on portraits using digital photography. I am dealing with the question of whether and how we can unlearn normative thinking and behavior, such as gender-specific categorisations. We are surrounded by an imagery that shape such thinking and behavior and my work is an attempt to create visual counter-narratives, that stand in contrast to the normative imagery.
